Community Snowshoe Night Hike

Our seasonal fundraiser involves an intro to the very popular community snowshoe hikes of the 1800s followed by hikes focused upon snowshoe skills, games, and winter ecology. Snowshoes provided along with hot drinks, warming snacks, and a roaring campfire.
Fee: $15.00 member / $20.00 non-member

Maple Sugaring - Past and Present

Sharing the methods of sap collection and maple sugaring as practiced by Native Americans, early settlers and modern producers. Following the program, a pancake brunch will be served featuring locally produced maple syrup.

Public Programming

We offer monthly programs to the general public generally conducted in the field at locations throughout Western New York. From time to time we also lead excursions to locations such as the Everglades, the Adirondacks and Algonquin Provincial Park in Ontario. Please refer to the schedule for current programming.

All programs require pre-registration, which may be done online, by phone or email. When registering by email or phone, please specify the number of adults and children who will attend and provide a contact phone number. Children 5 to 12 may attend for 1/2 price unless otherwise indicated.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Paid registered participants must inform Earth Spirit via phone or email of inability to attend a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled program in order to receive a refund. If a program is cancelled by Earth Spirit, all paid participants will receive a full refund. Refunds will be made by check and mailed via the United States Postal Service within 10 business days following the program date.
